U program Hu.Ri.Su. Human Rights Sunrise (http://www.flickr.com/photos/hurisu) uključene su Srbija, Španija i Grčka. Projekat kofinansira Evropska komisija (Culture 2007-2013).
Ovaj projekat ima za cilj da promoviše međukulturalni dijalog, evropsko građanstvo, ali i prepoznavanje instrumenata koje će građani Evrope koristiti za razvijanje aktivnog evropskog građanstva.

Cilj projekta je jačanje svesti kod mladih, ali i kod ostale populacije, u pogledu razvijanja aktivnog evropskog građanstva i zasniva se na razmeni vrednosti, solidarnosti i pravima manjina, ne na diskriminaciji.

Poseban cilj je osvešćivanje đaka i nastavnika, kao najšire publike, u pogledu principa ljudskih prava među ljudima. Osnovne aktivnosti projekta su bile:

Organizacija radnih grupa u okvira razreda koje podržavaju nastavnici i eksperti. Radionice su organizovane na temu mira, ljudskih prava, međuetničkog dijaloga, prava manjina, evropskog građanstva, multikulturalizma i pregovora o ljudskim pravima tokom XX veka.

Osnovne vrednosti Evropske unije – sloboda, demokratija, poštovanje ljudskih prava i obaveza u jednoj dimenziji reciprociteta – sve se to podrazumeva kada dođe do njihovog kršenja.

Tokom implementacije projekta organizovana su međunarodna takmičenja igara za stolom Hu.Ri.Su., igara o ljudskim pravima i to prvo na nacionalnom nivou, a za finale, u okviru implementacije projekta, na evropskom nivou.

Isto tako, organizovan je Letnji atelje u trajanju od 10 dana u okviru kog se radilo na razvoju pozorišnog predstavljanja na temu ljudskih prava.

“Memory days”. Atelje organizovan je u Peruđi, a kao rezultat radionice svaka nacija je imala priliku za pozorišno predstavljanje.   (http://hurisu.blogspot.com). Svaka nacija koja je učestvovala u projektu osmislila je svoje predstavljanje  “Human Rights Sunrise”, kao susret/debatu sa ciljem da se započne aktivan dijalog o ljudskim pravima.

The programme Hu.Ri.Su. Human Rights Sunrise (http://www.flickr.com/photos/hurisu) involved Italy, Serbia, Spain and Greece, it was co-financed by the European Commission (Culture 2007-2013).
This youth project aimed to promote the intercultural dialogue, European citizenship and European citizens’ awareness tools to develop an active European citizenship.
The main objective of the project was to enhance the awareness of European youth and the general population on the importance of developing an active European citizenship, is was based on EU common, shared values namely the respect of human dignity, freedom, equality, non-discrimination, solidarity and minority rights. The specific objective of the project was to provide students and teachers, as well as the wider public, with “lived awareness” of human rights principles among people. The main activities of the project included:

Organisation of working in groups in school classes, supported by schools’ teachers, as well as by experts and facilitators. the issues developed during the workshops: Human rights and peace; inter-ethnic dialogue and minority rights; European citizenship and multiculturalism; denial of human rights during the 20th century. The key values of the European Union – freedom, democracy, respect of human rights and of duties in the reciprocity dimension – are understood once their violation are remembered.
During the project implementation there were the organisation of a National Competition of the Hu.Ri.Su. board game of Human Rights in each partner country and the European final competition, the board game has been produced within the project implementation.
The organisation of a 10 days summer workshop “Atelier” for the development of the theatrical performance on human rights “Memory days”. The atelier was organized in Perugia. The outcome of the workshop Atelier was a theatre performance that was performed in every country (http://hurisu.blogspot.com)
Every country involved create the “Human Rights Sunrise” event, a meeting/debate event for starting up an active dialogue on human rights.
